Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams is used across our entire organization to be able to send quick messages to other team members as well as collaborate without having to be in-person. It's great for both work projects and non-work socialization. It's a fast, easy way to contact coworkers without leaving your desk or writing out a whole formal email.
Pros
- Lets you customize messages with gifs, stickers, emoticons, attachments, meeting requests, etc.
- Easy-to-use interface for messaging
- Lets you create groups as well as individual messages with team members
Cons
- None. I'm happy with everything Microsoft Teams does.
- I think it's made the workplace a more positive and social environment
- Made it easier to work more without getting up and walking to another person's desk, thus better focus
