Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Power Automate

Earlier I used to open each mail and download attachments from them. No of emails are more then 100. But after learning to use Microsoft Power Automate my manually task which took more then half an hour now completed within minutes. Also to trigger any script daily it is very helpful.

It's my first tool and experience using automate, as i was looking some tool to download attachments from outlook with matching keywords in subject. As it belongs to microsoft access and availability was easy for me. For sometime it was the only usage i had, but as i learned more about it and shared with my colleagues, more query arise and when explored we found that most of the daily amd mundane tasks we were doing and waisting time can be done in no time. Its process time is well enough for us and intoduction of copilot has reduced our query time significantly
Introduction of copilot is an awesome featured introduced by mocrosoft. As mentioned earlier we are sharing this tool with more and more users and our queries are increasing significantly. With the help of AI we are able to answer them quickly and more effectively then we used to do earlier.
I have only used Microsoft Power Automate as our organization is using microsoft ecosystem and i can access its features easily. With new features it is sufficient enough for my use as if now. I would recommend it for those who are in microsoft ecosystem to use it is capable enough to automate your organizational work.

As name suggested, to put your daily task into automation it is one of the best tool available. As i spent more time with power automate and using new features integrate like copilot, not only interface but user experience has increased significantly. Now i have shared with more people in my organization and they have started using it as per their needs. It has scope to expand as well as user need to catch up with updates and new features.

Using Microsoft Power Automate

28 - Different departments uses power automante as per there need. Like finance need for auto query, we need for data compilation etc.
5 - You should aware of basic concept of software you are using and if then condition to get your day today job done on automate. Eg. I need to get data from outlook with specific word in subject, then i can step by step answer the steps and make it happen in less then a minute.
