Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Exchange
We are currently using Microsoft Exchange, and it has gone very well for us to manage or administer mail. All our collaborators use it and are pleased. This system offers the widest range of options for teamwork and collaboration with other areas in multiple ways, as well as tracking time, efficiency metrics, and multitasking. Commercial problems I can mention; are the multiple packages that, when making use of, the administrators or users do not always get the most out of it. The scope is the work tool or system that is among the most valued within the company.
Pros

- As a start, if the price of licenses were lowered a little, you would help many small companies.
- Increasing the storage space of the mailboxes in the same way if it could be increased would be an excellent plus for end-users.
- If I could add some way that users could see the emails they have in quarantine, that would be great.
- Easily store emails in pst for easy storage or backup.

We acquired Microsoft Exchange because they offered us a super package with a good discount, and this favored the change.
