Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Marketo Engage
It is currently being used by the services and marketing department. Specifically, we use it for event management, lead management, and email marketing.
- Engagement campaigns
- Integration with Salesforce
- Metrics. I'd like to be able to more easily dig deeper into the granular data (i.e. click rates for a specific link within an email without having to export the csv file)
- Better reporting
- Automated data management (ie. normalizing data, field updates)
- Faster lead processing ensuring MQLs are sent to sales in a timely manner

The goal is to drive and accelerate pipeline generation.
Marketo is the most comprehensive and robust marketing automation platform that I've worked in. It has everything that an organization may need from your standard marketing functions (i.e. email campaigns, landing pages, forms) to automated workflows. One downside is that there is a bit of a learning curve, so it's one of those tools that's as good as the person using it. However, if you have the right team in place at your organization, the possibilities are endless with Marketo!
