Overall Satisfaction with Mailtrack
I've used Mailtrack for several years over the course of my career. Currently, my sales team is using Mailtrack for their sales outreach and we have seen huge success since implementing Mailtrack! This allows my sales team to see which emails are being opened, which are being fowarded or opened multiple times (hot lead!) or have not been opened after multiple tries which means they should try a new contact. This also helps us with our approaches, by knowing which emails we send are getting opened and which are not. It allows us to A/B test different subjects and improve our overall open rates.
- Gives us updates on each email their status
- Alert us of a "hot lead" if an email is opened multiple times or forwarded
- I wish it could track who the emails are being forwarded to
- Wish it could tell if the email was deleted (unread is kinda vague).
- Positive ROI - allows my sales team to identify hot and cold leads, and A/B email subjects
