Overall Satisfaction with Mailjet
MailJet is used by our CRM provider to send emails. The service is engrained into many departments within our business and is used on daily basis. This can can be for both marketing and transactional communications
Pros
- deliverability. not had any issue with deliverabilty
- uptime. very little downtime in the service
- communication of events
Cons
- Outgoing SMTP sometimes fails
- Test sends of campaigns sometimes take a little longer than expected
- increased efficiency. not need to swap providers
- reduced costs from otehr channels (PPC, organic)
- quick time to market
