Overall Satisfaction with Mailjet
In my organization this software is being used by my CRM department primarily. In some occasions my marketing department also uses its services. My CRM department uses it on weekly basis to send newsletters to HNI clients. By using this software they communicate with HNI clients for post sales documentation process also.
Pros
- Setting up account on Mailjet is very easy and smooth.
- It allows to add unlimited subscribers.
- Response rate on campaigns sent by this software is very high.
Cons
- They don't have any mobile application of it. This is the major drawback of this software.
- Their support facility takes longer time to resolve issues. They should have instant chat option also for quick solutions.
- Post campaign reporting functionality could be more diversified. It seems basic only.
- It is very helpful in building brand image of my organization.
- We use it mainly for post sales services which help my organization in recurring sales.
- In current quarter my marketing department is using this software and with this we achieved 70% of our quarterly sales till now.
Its email layout are very well designed for my products. They are very much relate-able. So I always prefer to use it for building customer relationship even after our sales process. My CRM team utilize this software effectively for proper communication with our clients. My marketing team also receives good response on the email campaigns in this quarter. So we are considering this software for future also.
