Totally worth it if you are targeting specific and limited clients with big ROI expected
Overall Satisfaction with Lusha Extension
Well, our target market is very focused so we do not need a lot of emails or contact numbers. What we do need is to be precise and have accurate information. This is where Lusha Extension comes in. You can see what type of information it has on every contact and then only use that credit. You are not blindsided like one of the other companies I used.
Pros
- Email addresses that work
- Contact numbers
Cons
- I feel if you want to use it for mass data extraction this is not for you, this can be expensive.
- It could think about adding more integrations. At the moment, it's only integrated with the most popular service providers, but I hope they will work on it.
- I find nothing else wrong with Lusha Extension, it's really amazing.
- For me, getting 10-50 good contacts and even only 1 getting converted is worth the investment, so you will need to see what your conversion means to you.
- It has been worth the effort for me, though I don't use it all the time. I use it from time to time when we feel we need it because we are a small company and have to manage things accordingly.
- The trial for 5 credits is too little in my opinion. I feel it should be at least 15 credits so that people can actually see if it works.
I have used Sales QL and found Lusha Extension to be much better, even though Lusha Extension is a bit expensive. Then, Lusha Extension has some features that Sales QL does not have. It all depends on what you are looking for, what your ideal customer profile is, and what returns are you expecting. If you are looking for customers who are going to buy a $5 product or service, then I do not recommend Lusha Extension.
