Overall Satisfaction with Luigi's Box
We tried to increase the conversion rate from search, because we only used simple search, which did not help customers find what they were looking for. That is why we decided to implement Luigi's Box that significantly increased the conversion rate. We can push our products in campaigns better using Luigi's Box and constantly optimize results.

As Luigi's Box is a slovak company as well as ours, we had better negotiating options and we managed to negotiate a better price. We also consider Luigi's Box as a tool that is one of the easiest to implement. Regarding features, there were not any big differences. We were also assigned a CS manager with whom we meet regularly and personally and go over our targets.
