Overall Satisfaction with Looker
We are using Looker to build a Dashboard based on data coming from Jira. Our organization has over 50 Agile teams, and we use Looker to create analytics reports and use them on a daily basis to help drive team performance. The key metrics we use are team-wise metrics for products and services and velocity metrics for sprints. The Looker dashboard has been a primary source of information when we try to update our Leadership on the progress made by the team and help understand the capacity with which the team works.

- The color combination looks very simple and cannot be customized in reports.

Looker gives you options to integrate external APIs with great ease. Our data analytics team is able to easily use multiple data sources as input to the Looker dashboard, and everything is consolidated in one single Dashboard. You also have an option for Shared folders to be accessed by multiple people. The reporting system is perfect and has a wide range of options/reporting options that can be implemented.

250 - Looker is mainly used to create dashboard of various metrics. We use to review sprint metrics like completion, velocity, churn and backlog debth. We also use to track support cases and internal defects. Product teams use it to review product metrics and feature delivery. Overall we use it every sprint to retrospect our team's performance
