Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Rescue
We use LogMeIn Rescue in all departments of our business. We use it to troubleshoot customer issues, install software on client machines, and demo solutions to clients.
Pros
- File transfers.
- Saving support.
- Back-end controls.
- Managing connections.
Cons
- I have experienced some slowing.
- Occasionally, I need to restart the software.
- Saving a connection can be difficult.
- LogMeIn Rescue is the primary tool we use to fulfill many of our services.
- It is easy to jump around machines on LogMeIn.
- It is very simple to use, so the training needed is very limited.
LogMeIn has a better user interface than other tools I have used in similar ways.
LogMeIn is very simple to use so training in this regard is very simple.
Keeping access on client machines is not as straightforward as other software I have used.
Our clients like the support chat function also.
