Testing all emails going out of the organization is very helpful when it comes to testing the emails across multiple devices. Litmus provides suggestions along with Analytics of email performance. The best part is the integration available with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, where we can preview the emails on multiple devices without navigating to the Litmus website.

Performance metrics help us track down users who have opened and clicked the email, and based on that, we plan the next set of marketing campaigns. Non-action takers, like those who did not open or click the email, can be sent to AD Studio for targeting through Ads in their social accounts like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads.

We have the Slack integration to get updates on comments, update email templates and content, or highlight issues in emails. The remarks on the email test are just a message away in Slack. Instead of logging in to Litmus, check what and where to update the email. Approvals are also notified in Slack.
