Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
We use Litmus for email tracking and analytics. As well as testing possible new features to make our emails stand out above the rest. To make sure they meet accessibility standards as well as be readable in a variety of different desktop and mobile email clients, whether it be a dedicated app or through the web.
Pros
- Email tracking
- Testing experimental features of emails
- Coding HTML emails
Cons
- Litmus inbox testing is a bit slow, and not receiving emails sometimes
- Easier to test out emails, making the testing time shorter
The integration is great, being able to use the best part of both in creating easy-to-make emails and being able to track them and check out analytics afterward. Finding out issues in email journeys and being able to fix them prior to launching them, making them work on multiple clients.
Better overall emails, better testing suite, has made our overall emails render better across a range of clients, being able to even add specific items to make them render better on clients that are a bit more complicated on how they decide to render emails, making them all look cohesive and better, even when some clients dont want to render things properly.
We have been able to streamline the testing process through Litmus, making it much faster to test out new features, sometimes experimental in certain emails. It all just has enabled testing to be much faster without having to wait on approval as we can show the previews while working on them.
