Pros
- Great support from the offshore team in implementation.
- Very easy to integrate with other applications. For example, integrating with wordpress site to capture leads directly from the site to the application through API.
- Mobile app is also available.
Cons
- Bit tedious to update the automation and sometimes it can get confusing to implement permissions on various groups of users.
- Reporting can sometimes feel unfriendly to use.
- Easier to manage leads and perform analysis on the data.
- Real time update from the sales agents who are on the field
