Best CRM + Marketing Automation Tool for Small Businesses
Overall Satisfaction with LeadSquared
LeadSquared is being used as a CRM and marketing automation tool across multiple business units in our organization. We have more than one businesses hosted on multiple websites. If we have to go with other automation tools we should purchase multiple instances. Also all other tools work on the concept of active users which is expensive and difficult to manage especially with a large contact database. LeadSquared provides 100,000 contacts for enterprise and beyond that they allow purchasing on a prorated basis.
Pros
- Easy to implement and configure
- Syncs well with wordpress websites
- Email Templates are adequate
- CRM is very user friendly
- Value for money if you are looking for a CRM + marketing automation, especially worth it if you have multiple businesses hosted on different domain names.
Cons
- Needs improvement on drip email functionality. One example of a basic drip campaign - email campaign sent, now you might want to send another email to the opens and the ones who did not open. Right there it stops - functionality won't support setting up a drip to the ones who did not open the email, for opens it can go further. This is a major stuck.
