Overall Satisfaction with KYP.ai
We use KYP.ai for time tracking and reporting and detailed process analysis in order to:
- manage and improve staff utilization
- optimize work schedules
- assess processes for continuous improvement potential
- minimize any manual tracking needs
We also plan to utilize KYP.ai as a cross-site standard for the above activities.

Pros
- Very easy to deploy into the environment
- Tracking of all PC based activities
- Excellent customer support
Cons
- Ability to track activities that are done not on the tracked PC (requires manual tracking)
- Getting away from manual tracking to fully digital measurement, eliminating errors and subjectivity
- Ability to optimize operator utilization and process throughputs
Much easier to deploy, much less overhead when getting to the first install, certain features that are not available in other products (process mining).
While KYP.ai is not a work force planning tool, it provides a great baseline product for operations tracking and management. There are enough insights to take operations to the next level.
