We use it for converting documents into PDF for secure sending and also use it to convert PDF documents into Excel & Word for quick adjustments.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Great quality in Printing PDF Great conversions from PDF into other Office documents.
Merging documents into one PDF is really helpful.

Cons

Lining up the editing of text on a PDF could be better.
Different font options on editing would be awesome.
Would like a better way to add a signature (the stamp i use shows that it is a cut and paste)

Definitely helps efficiency.
Ability to reduce size of document is helpful.
Very user friendly

Ease-of-Use

I have used it for years (used to be Nuance). I tried others before and were not user friendly.

Alternatives Considered

Can't remember - tried so many online converters and they were time consuming and not efficient.

Support Rating

I think I have only asked support once, when i had changed a computer. Straightforward response and issue solved.

Features

The ability to edit a document is really helpful. Combining documents is great. Converting to another format for editing is EXTREMELY helpful
