Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our consultants use Power PDF to create and modify PDF documents which include financial statements and other types of reports. The application is installed and used on RD servers within our private cloud network. The end users use the application to combine various documents (Word, Excel, PDF's, etc) into a single document to provide our customers with information regarding their accounts. Power PDF is comprehensive but easy to use. It provides all of the functionality we need at a fraction of the cost. Power PDF is licensed for RD/Terminal Server use and works seamlessly in our cloud environment. Kofax was very helpful in demonstrating their applications and answering all of our questions. Power PDF has exceeded our requirements and expectations.

We haven't found any significant shortcomings

Return on Investment

We were previously using another PDF editor application which lacked some basic features and required work arounds. Our consultants can now complete the work with less effort. Our customers are impressed with the profession look of our reports created with PowerPDF.

Features

Power PDF has all the features and tools we were looking for in a PDF editor application. We needed the application to run in a terminal server environment, which it does. In our opinion, Power PDF is, hands down, the best PDF editing application we have reviewed, and it is reasonably priced for a small/medium sized business like ours.

Likelihood to Recommend

Power PDF, unlike many of its competitors, is designed to run on RD servers.
