Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We are currently using KnowBe4 primarily for training. I would like to start using it for phishing. We are using KnowBe4 for our entire company. We use short 8-15 minute training modules with quizzes and security awareness posters. I would like to see more of these modules and posters.
Pros
- There is a wide range of content.
- The modules approachable. Short video with short quiz.
- The setup of KnowBe4 is pretty easy. SSO Gmail integration instructions could be updated though.
Cons
- Updated instructions for SSO with Gmail.
- More content for posters and modules..
- Better website layout showing which license you need for each training module.
- Training was required for insurance and PCI.
- Proofpoint Insider Threat Management (ObserveIT)
A previous employee purchased KnowBe4. KnowBe4 pricing was very affordable so we decided to renew.
Do you think KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training delivers good value for the price?
Not sure
Are you happy with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training's feature set?
Yes
Did KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training live up to sales and marketing promises?
Yes
Did implementation of KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training go as expected?
Yes
Would you buy KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training again?
Yes
The fresh training has been useful to show the C-suite that we are staying up to date with security trends in the news, such as package awareness training in the winter around Christmas time.
Currently, we are relatively new to KnowBe4. We used password-less sign-on but have recently transferred to SAML SSO. We have a smart group for IT, a manual group for testing a campaign, a smart group for Corporate users, and then 4 manually maintained groups to help spread out training.
Currently, we are not doing much with reporting. We previously looked into the reports but they were not used. We are hoping to build the program and show quarterly results.
