Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva

JobDiva is comprehensive ATS and recruiting platform, it is streamlining our recruiting process. it is helping us to manage Job postings, Candidate applications, interviews, and hiring decisions on real time. JobDiva helps to automate these processes to reduce delays in hiring. It is helping us to manage centralized candidate database from various sources(Job boards, resume LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), candidate search, compliance and documentation, communication and collaboration challenges. If we talk about scope of use case : we use it to source, track and manage job candidates through the entire recruitment cycle, integration with Job boards and VMS, Analytics and reporting etc.

Data driven recruitment management, we want to track KPIs like time to fill, cost per hire, and recruiter productivity to improve our recruitment processes, Jobdiva helping us to track this through real-time dashboards and reports.
it is helping us to track status of candidates to manage pipelines in hiring process and to identify at what stage they are losing candidates.
