Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

We operate a realty brokerage for country clubs and use Insightly to track leads and prospects, send out marketing campaigns, build intro drip email journeys, and set scoring models to track the grades of leads. Furthermore, we use Insightly as a form handler to gather prospect and lead information. Track all activity from our agents and maintain marketing communications.

Pros

  • Customer service has been great
  • The dashboards have proven to be very useful and user friendly so far
  • customization has been good so far as we have a unique model

Cons

  • technical issues every now and then like embedding a video in an email isn't working
  • It would be great if a workflow, journey or rule could automatically copy information from one field to another
  • Our prospects may fill out more than one form but that information will overwrite itself. It would be great to see a historical log off all inputted information
  • Ability to make more accurate judgments on marketing spend
  • Ability to make accurate investment strategies based on forecast revenue
  • Track actual vs. predicted revenue and deal patterns through the year
My customer managment and/or service team has been amazing to work with and this has allowed me to customize Inisghtly very well. We still have a lot of work to do but so far I have confidence we will be able to see everything we want from the system.
Using the form handler and setting up automation and journeys has allowed us to take a step back from day-today- operational tasks while letting them run in the background and focus on future improvements

8 because I have very much found a lot of great uses for myself. I left 2 off because I frankly don't have enough experience with other CRMs to provide a full accurate judgment call. We also run a relatively small team and sometimes it's hard to maintain visibility and keep track of things. I would be worried on a bigger team if this would be an issue
