Overall Satisfaction with INHUBBER
We have some high volume contracts and many low volume contracts. If we didn't manage them well, missed renewals often resulted in us getting worse terms or higher prices from suppliers. We started standardizing the management process for the low volume contracts and were able to increase profitability to 20-30%. In some cases, it is enough to remind the supplier of the cancellation to get a better offer without us having to negotiate. Meanwhile, we have moved the entire contract management to INHUBBER.
Pros
- Creation of actionable information from many contracts at once.
- Accelerate deal closing and shorten approval time.
Cons
- The simplicity of INHUBBER is an advantage and should stay that way. Maybe you could offer some plug-ins or add-ons with specific additional features. e.g. special AI analyses for the shipping documents.
- We have established full transparency in our contract management. We can tell at any time where we are in the contract lifecycle, what the risks are and what action needs to be taken. Contract negotiations are progressing quicker and, correspondingly, deals are being concluded at a faster pace.
