Overall Satisfaction with INFUSE
We use INFUSE with our clients when there's a need to drive awareness and demand for their service or solution. Another use case is when we are looking to expand their reach via more channels. Lastly, most of our clients are going after a specific target audience which INFUSE has access to, beyond who we're already targeting.

- Pricing - although not a deal breaker, they are pretty comparable to other vendors
- More AI to allow targeting for additional attributes

INFUSE has more program options compared to other vendors, in my experience (i.e., telemarketing and surveys). They will also customize the program based on your needs and budgets. They are pretty comparable cost wise to other vendors.
