We use it across the organization to train and assess our staff's capability to identify phishing as it occurs.

Pros

  • Service is very good
  • Campaigns are well supported by Infosec IQ staff.
  • Infosec IQ staff follows up frequently to keep us on track.

Cons

  • Setting up campaigns could be more intuitive.
  • The website navigation could be improved upon.
  • Training can be targeted to only those that require training.
  • Training can be appropriately tailored to meet individual needs.
