Overall Satisfaction with IBM Watson Discovery
IBM Watson Discovery is applied in our chatbot for a seamless customer service experience. Also the cloud based Insight architecture of IBM Watson Discovery that unraveled the value of our data: automated data retrieval and NLP content simplification. That saved our time and now makes data control much more accessible. It was also easy with Watson's graphical user interface to train the models of natural language processing in adjusting chatbot templates well. With IBM Watson Discovery, our products and customer satisfaction have increased tenfold. So easy and effective that we were astounded. Overall, IBM Watson Discovery is top notch in sentiment analysis and web service integration.
