IBM Process Mining has been around my organization 2 years, and the user experience has been very phenomenal. I like how IBM Process Mining addresses inefficiencies, analyzes performance and streamlines business processes using our business systems and desktop interactions data. This top-notch tool enables us to achieve operational excellence with data-driven process insights. It also has been so crucial by helping us make data-driven business decisions and more informed for process improvement through data-driven insights. The IBM community has been so helpful over the past years I have been able to interact with them and gain more knowledge.
