The history of each asset, its failure, reasons of failure, failure codes, cost involved in rectification, proper failure reporting can be easily done through Maximo.

One can use the Safety module of Maximo to record the risks involved in job execution, use risk severity matrix to identify the harm level and apply preventive measures to reduce the risk.

All the purchases, purchase histories, costs, vendors selection, of each inventory item including the inventory location, minimum/maximum ordering levels, inventory issuance and inventory reordering can also be easily done through Maximo.
