Overall Satisfaction with IBM Cloud Block Storage

At DRUNDO we use it for backup storage for our MSSQL servers and IBM Cloud VM full backups.

Pros

  • Meets the advertised IOPS/GB performance
  • Easy to order
  • Easy to set up

Cons

  • In the past we had issues with increasing snapshot size
  • Had issues with increasing the storage size
  • Be able to order on demand
  • Instant provisioning and set up
  • The service allow us to use our own backup solutions for file and database backups
