We do not depend on have documentation in personal computers, everything is available with an internet connection, this allowsus to work in a collaborative way without losing any detail of the process and managing the different versions and relationships between processes and spaces. We can also use single terms and concepts among the processes.
We can easily monitor, review and collaborate when discovering, modeling or improving any process, decision including the glossary wherewe can check what was changed, who changed and directly go to that section in order to comment specifically in the element or activity where the change was done. Also we use the internal chat module.
The main problem we wanted to solve was to have a centralized repository where we can easily map our internal processes and also the customer's processes when we are proposing and improvement or the adoption or a solution. We also looked for standardize our processes documentation to avoid using of personal styles.
