Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

Human Interest provide the 401K service for Bistro de Margot

Pros

  • Interface with our payroll company
  • easy onboarding process
  • clear communication

Cons

  • Roll-over
  • Maybe a better explanation as to why my company pays the monthly fees for employees who do not participate in the program
  • The program is young in my restaurant and a lot of my employees are students who opted out of the program
Very user friendly, I have encountered only 1 problem so far when an employee did a roll-over after leaving the company and for whatever reason, they were a balance of $0.57 on his account... asked twice for what happen a few weeks apart and got twice the same answer: "we are looking into it"...
Other than that very smooth ride

Human Interest does a good job at the onboarding, for a small restaurant like mine, it was crucial as I am quite busy running the place. I do not see much area where Human Interest might not be appropriate, as I have not encountered any issue in the now one year old program
