We use Human Interest to process our 401k through our payroll provider, Paylocity. We are a small company and not up on all the latest filing requirements for compliance. Having Human Interest prepare the proper documentation we need, is a great benefit.

Pros

Very clear communication throughout the year.
User friendly portal to navigate all things 401k.
Prompt response time on questions.

Cons

We first started with an account manager, now we are to email a central email address. Not as nice as a specific manager to reach out to.
The relationship management is lacking now that we have to contact a general email address.
No other issues.

Usability

The platform is easy to use and it has the flexibility to make changes quickly and effortlessly. It is a user-friendly portal for our employees as well. They can make contribution election changes often and the self-service option saves us administrators a lot of time!
