Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot Sales Hub

Allows our sales team to keep track of contacts and companies. They can add notes to log conversations and phone calls, and link their email inboxes. They can also assign tasks and reminders to themselves or other team members.

Pros

  • Clean up contact data, duplicates, etc.
  • Easily find contacts by company, and custom fields (we use a customer type field)
  • Assigning tasks

Cons

  • Sequences are limited
  • Pay per contact
  • App has limited functionality
  • Contacts
  • Tasks
  • Log Meetings/Calls/Emails
  • Customer service has improved because the team is communicating through HubSpot tasks
  • Contacts are added much quicker into our system because of the HubSpot app
  • Some team members have been hesitant to use it, causing some disconnect
HubSpot is more user friendly for tech-aversive team members
