Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot Sales Hub

I use this software every day for sales and keeping customer accounts. It helps me to organize the next step with the customer or outcome. Love the software and customize it the way you want it.

Isn't it what we need in small businesses? Customize it, organize a large number of customers outcome, and able to make connections to the customers via Omni channels.

Pros

  • Customize it they way your business needs
  • Collabrate with team work
  • Dashboards, you can see the outcome of every week or month

Cons

  • I think it cliche at communicate at 3rd party apps
  • Connecting calling app and giving me all the tools to write down the outcome after talking to customer and save it, and manager can see what happened
  • Good visibility of dashboards
  • Great choice of tools
  • Good at omni channel use
I didn't choose, the company wanted me to work on this software. Easy to learn, that's what I like about it.
