Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot Sales Hub
I mainly use this software for its central use, which is to track and close sales. I use this software to keep track of information, implement data, streamline outreach and keep track of history on many accounts. The biggest business problem it addresses is the lack of organization for individual sales representatives. My scope of use case is to make more sales!
Pros

- Easy and user friendly landing page and functionality design
- Customer service and training
Cons
- Glitchy aspects where some things aren’t saved the first time around
- Some integrations can not work the best
- I would like to see more base cases of other users that are using the platform to its fullest capability

- Able to more intelligently talk about past orders, customers and clients
- Helped us increase outreach by 1.8x once implemented
They are both very similar and, honestly, the top two of their respected offerings. I would feel comfortable recommending either with the slight edge to HubSpot Sales Hub. The biggest reason why, and what matters so much to people, is the service. I’ve always experienced great customer service and have gotten feedback and quick responses. That means a lot to me as I have many things I’m constantly juggling as a business owner.
