HubSpot provides Marketing Automation like a champ
Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
We started out using HubSpot simply for email marketing and automation. HubSpot's value has quickly expanded and we are now finding it invaluable for lead generation and for housing marketing intelligence for not only our customers, but also our own employees and even our recruiting efforts.
Pros
- Marketing Automation - quick, easy-to-use, effortless automation, using visual workflow tools plus trackable goals.
- Content Management - Easily build responsive blogs and microsites and tie them into your lead generation utilizing forms and landing pages.
- Social Monitoring - Track your contacts on social and respond to mentions of your promotions or your company.
Cons
- Reporting - I do wish there was a little more enhancement to the reporting functionality. They recently upgraded reporting, but it's a paid add-on feature. I should be able to automate reports about my email marketing without having to download massive XLS files and sort myself or pay for additional services.
- HubSpot has allowed us to create and publish more content very quickly!
- IBM Silverpop Engage
We moved from Silverpop and HubSpot is miles ahead. Even though it's a higher cost, the investment saves valuable time and speeds our content to market.
