Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite

I work for a food distributor, we use Hootsuite to manage our Facebook and Instagram accounts for our company and private label brands.

Pros

  • social listening section is confusing

Some sections are confusing, most are straight forward, but some of the analytics and social listening are confusing.
We have been able to schedule on time according to Hootsuite analytics for best times for each of our brands.

It has been great for managing 8+ brands social medias, and being able to stack on track of messages and comments. It would not be as beneficial for one brand.
