Overall Satisfaction with Hatica

So far having a great experience with Hatica. I really like the DORA metrics and the maker time dashboard which are useful to measure my team’s meeting load and also identify whether they have enough time to concentrate on serious projects.

Pros

  • Great dashboards for engg metrics
  • Very helpful to maintain work load and to give attention to important tasks

Cons

  • No support to customise dashboards.
  • Lots of metrics so need some time to learn
  • Amazing workload management
  • DORA metrics dashboard is great

Has been amazing to schedule my day depending on what deadline or important tasks I have, can use the maker time dashboard to see where I have spent more time - meetings or tasks, etc. Also great to see the activity log with work status
