Overall Satisfaction with Groove
We would use Groove to automate mass outreach. I would also create flows with my SDR's based on persona and use case

- Easy to send to large or small lists with click of button
- Easy to create new templates

- Ability to pull more automated info from SFDC contact records for personalization
- Contact record personalization
