Overall Satisfaction with GoToMeeting

Easy to use platform. The best experience is through the mobile app which you can connect to from anywhere.

Pros

  • Best mobile app.
  • Fast connectivity.
  • Less bandwidth required.

Cons

  • The chat facility is not very user-friendly in the mobile app.
  • Not sure on numbers, but it's been a positive investment.
Webex
Best during commuting where it can be connected through the mobile app. It's quite slow in the desktop browser sometimes.
