Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Webinar

GoTo Webinar is the video conferencing software I used many of the video conference that attend. It is reliable and simple to use. It also uses screen real estate very well in that I can many different supplemental window panes (screen sections) during webinars that I attend. This is one of the primary applications for webinars that I attend virtually.

Pros

  • Reliable
  • Enhanced User Interface
  • Simple to Use
  • Good video and audio quality

Cons

  • Sometimes that screen can appear to be busy - a less is more approach might help in certain scenarios
  • Better collaboration has helped the team work more efficiently
This is better than most video conference tools. Very rich in content in being able to view more than one window at a time. Again, this is simple to use and simple for collaborating with other people.
  • Cisco Webex DX80 (discontinued)
GoTo Webinar provides a better users interface and more reliable experience when participating in remote meetings. It allows high quality virtual meetings which means more people can participate in a virtual discussion.

Presentations where you need to see more than one area for content are very well suited for GoTo Webinar. Also, if you are limited to just one monitor, this is a preferred way of viewing video conferences. It uses screen real estate much better - especially if I don't need to see all the attendees on the conference.
