Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Resolve

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I used a competitor’s product for managing multiple remote PCs that was very expensive and had significant lag issues. After doing some research I came across GoTo and gave it a chance. Initially I expected less performance but to my surprise the software was much easier to use than the product I used previously.

Setup process could be improved somewhat with perhaps some better instructions but overall no complaints

Usability

Easy to use and setup once you get past installing. Some opportunities to improve some of the language in the instructions but once you get up you don’t get multiple emails or have you account logged out for no reason and have to reset things like I didn’t with other products

All in One Platform

It clearly has more functionality than I use but the stability and reliability are really the key for me. The cost and reliance are the biggest wins for me

Alternatives Considered

TeamViewer

Far superior in terms of use billing and every factor one would consider with maybe the exception of market penetration

If you need a Remote Desktop software and the free version of competitor products doesn’t work I would recommend trying this prior to subscribing to a premium version.
