Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting

GoTo Meeting is now the best solution for our business needs where we need daily internal meetings and training sessions with our clients. It has the best UI and features are easy to use. It helps our team members to connect the meeting easily with a link only without installing the app. We don't have large team so it is gives best sound quality and video sharing also works smoothly. I face very less connectivity issues where other competitors have more. Scheduling meetings with custom groups is easy to add members of specific group within a second.

If I will compare GoTo Meeting with them then the first thing comes to my mind is it's easy to use UI. You clicked the link and it redirected you to meeting fast that you will never see any queue to join meeting. Chat option there to note down points and ask questions to host. Voting features also helps to get a technical decision with teams.

I would recommend this as it has nearly zero connectivity issues in mobile and pc devices. If you are using web version then you may face that issues but not like other competitors. I have worked with MS Teams, Zoom where UI looks difficult to understand. But in GoTo Meeting you will get this easily and sharing link is so easy here. During a meeting you can place any call on your mobile phone and it will not remove you from the meeting while MS Teams does the same with me. Very few cases where I have faced audio and video quality issue. Whenever I have done training sessions or meetings with my clients their response were well in meeting quality and faster connectivity at initial stage.
