Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting

We primarily use GoTo Meeting when external entities what to video conference or remote work. We are usually the recipients of the requests; therefore, this isn't a primary video conferencing or remoting app; however, on an as needed basis, the app and service are user-friendly and easy to deploy and maintain in our environment.

Pros

  • Easy to install
  • Simple to use
  • Clean user interface

Cons

  • Remote Help Desk Functionality
  • Only negative impact is the app requires updating constantly which seems to happen right before a meeting.
GoTo Meeting has feature parity with Zoom Workplace in terms of setting up and hosting web meetings.
