Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use GoTo Meeting for our daily conference call with our entire team, as well as calls with partners and potential investors. We use the whiteboard and screen sharing features for brainstorming sessions.

Great for small to medium sized enterprises with limited in-house IT resources due to ease of setup, simple UI and low maintenance. Great for ad-hoc brainstorming sessions due to ease of scheduling and great whiteboard functionality.

Not the best choice for larger enterprises that conduct many large meetings due to the meeting size limit of 250 participants.
