Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting

We pivoted away from Goto Meeting for a more reliable and robust solution. We found that GTM only covered a portion of our needs.

When an end-user needed to do a quick screenshare with a support representative, GTM is easy to download install and use. However, using it as a full feature webinar platform didn't work as well as Cisco WebEx.
