Overall Satisfaction with GoodData
We have developed a reporting tool for our clients and we wanted to find a scalable solution with minimal engineering required capacity. We went through a trial and we continued working with GoodData in order to enable our clients take control of their data. We will also let them build their own reports from scratch.

We needed some engineering support and we extended our trial in order to have some time to run a complete proof of concept. Our trial lasted one and a half months but we were able to set it up from the first week. The change between trial and normal account happened seamlessly.
The features that stand out the most or are most valuable to my role are the parent-child hierarchy GoodData offers, the pricing model per workspace as opposed to per user which we've seen on other solutions and also the fact that non-engineering people can build and edit their reports on their own.

In GoodData we really liked the fact that sales and engineering were on our side from the beginning, the calls were very easy to book and were efficient with clear agenda and participants. We also got invited on Slack were we had support from the team and also we liked the pricing model because it fitted our needs.
