Use Cases and Deployment Scope

The main issue we have is that you do not have tap to pay technology. We've been told it's coming for the past two years but we have yet to see it come to fruition. The Ipads we have to rent from Fello are OLD, not updated and most of the time don't work with the swipers provided. It can get quite embarrassing when you are trying to check in someone and you can't easily do so because the credit card swiper is acting up and you have to manually enter their information.

It was quite simple to initially set up the fundraising event page. It gave us options in design and reach. GiveSmart provides thorough spreadsheets which makes reconciling between our platform easy. Customer support was simple to access and available when they were needed. In addition, support was able to help and fix any issues we were having.

Customer support is probably the best feature of GiveSmart. We had a large fundraising event last month and I was working on the weekend before it and had some issues. Support was available during the day on the weekend and were able to help with the issues I was experiencing. They were fast to respond.
