Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart
We use this platform for auction items and checking in with people attending our fundraising events. We also use it to collect donations and other ticketing sales. This addresses and solves the problem of having many platforms for each event. GiveSmart allows us to be a one-stop shop when hosting fundraising events, silent auctions, and collecting donations.

All of these websites suit our organizations for their reasons. They are also used simultaneously to collect data. With GiveSmart, I need one website to do what all these do individually. It causes errors on my end and forces me to look in many places for the same information.
This is not something I have done directly, but when I do view the website where the auction items are held or other types of ticket sales, it looks great. It looks cohesive to our website and is easy to navigate to find and purchase what you are looking for.
