Overall Satisfaction with Gainsight CS
Gainsight CS is a source of truth for our CS team here at Greenhouse. We use it from all things such as measuring adoption, creating CTAs, logging calls, referencing data from all different aspects of the platform. We have large customer bases and without Gainsight CS we would be lost!
Pros
- Customization
- Storing and displaying data
- allowing you to create CTAs for yourself, ensuring tasks will not fall through the cracks.
- syncing with the rest of our tech stack
Cons
- More video tutorials helping walk through snippets of the platform
- video content
- Allows me to really focus on those customers that need assistance with product usage
- Timely follow up for CTAs - organization
I was not in the process of choosing Gainsight CS, but I am glad leadership has for our team and company. We are able to really analyze in a holistic way our customer base.
