Overall Satisfaction with Freshworks CRM
We use Freshworks CRM in our business to organize and categorize clients, keep track of new leads, deals and sales progress. We use this product daily to set remainders for following up, email messages, to get an overview of our current proposals and potential sales. This program addresses organization problems.
Pros

Cons
- some aspects are not the most user friendly
- graphics could be updated
- integration with other programs needs improvement
- task reminders are helpful to stay on top of follow ups to close more deals
- organized deal stages provides a helpful visual
- reports show where areas of sale process needs improvement
Freshworks CRM provides more user tools, whereas Zoho CRM is more of a database. Freshworks CRM is more interactive with reporting, task reminders, deal stage flow charts and more to keep clients better organized and moving through the sales process. Zoho CRM did not meet all of our companies needs.
